1. Do you charge for the first meeting?

The first meeting is a complimentary assessment for us to evaluate the scope of work, for you (the client) to review our project, discuss details, and to see if our design ideas will work with your wishes.
2. Why should we hire Able Remodeling?

We're able to provide both Remodeling & Interior Design. By coming in as a team we are able to give you the best and most complete service possible.
3. Are you licensed as a general contractor?

Our contractor license is ABLERR*791OW. Our team has years of experience in General Contracting, Remodeling and Interior Design. Our goal is to bring you a complete team to take your project from start to finish!
4. Do you work with any style?

Yes. We're happy to work with any style. In all homes we want to make sure that the work we do is not in conflict with the architecture of the house. We use the same design principles with many different styles.
5. Will you listen to my ideas or will these ideas be yours?

Able Remodeling philosophy is that this is your home and should reflect your personality. Our job is to fulfill your desires, and give you the space you always wanted.
6. What if I have a tight deadline, can you meet it?

Call us. We love challenges. Often a client wants a project done by the holidays or a special occasion. We will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
7. My home needs a change but I don't have a vision in mind, can you help?

Able Remodeling is committed to helping you express your personality through your home. During the interview process we will develop your vision and then work on fulfilling it.
8. How much time will I need to spend searching for materials needed?

That is our job. Based on what you tell us you want, we narrow down the options of color, tile, and materials and present them to you for final decisions. Many clients want to and enjoy going on field trips with us to be a bigger part of this process.
9. Can you accommodate a limited budget?

Yes, within reason. There are several ways we can deal with limited budgets. We will assist you in incorporating existing elements into your new design. We can have work such as painting done by the Owner. We can also create a master plan and work on a phasing schedule so the project can progress as funds are available.
